Um conceito arrojado, com um leque de prova que inicia nos Vinhos do Porto Jovens, passando pelos Vintage e de Idade, Moscatel, Douro DOP e Brandy envelhecido em cascos de Vinho do Porto…as degustações são gratuitas !?!?
Iniciativa que tem vindo a tecer rasgados elogios á possibilidade da descoberta de Vinhos do Porto “Premium”.

Hoje em dia, na nossa adega de C. da SILVA, só efectuamos o engarrafamento do DALVA gGolden White 1952 por encomenda, permitindo assim a continuidade do processo de envelhecimento em pequenas barricas de carvalho francês.
Apresenta-nos um "bouquet"extraordinário, a acidez brutal, surpreende qualquer perito do vinho do Porto, devido à complexidade, qualidade e sabor refinado.
Frutos secos, nougat, mel, caramelo, baunilha, caramelo, tabaco... Brindados com uma textura sedosa, incrível .

Dry fruit shell, nougat, honey, caramel, vanilla, toffee, smoke, tobacco and iodine... Toasted with a amazing silky texture...
